Monroe County will be obtaining the deliverables of high resolution digital orthophotography by early January as a result of collaboration efforts with the Florida Department of Transportation, Department of Revenue, Monroe County Property Appraiser, and local municipalities. This effort resulted in both true color and infared imagery with a ground sampling distance of .5 foot that meets the National Map Accuracy Standards of 1”= 100’ scale. The aerial imagery was acquired during 5 flight missions between the dates of February 5, 2006 and March 8, 2006. |
