Commissioner George Neugent and Big Pine Key Library Manager, Stephen Chambers, cut the ribbon to the Library's expanded area. The Friends of the Big Pine Library advocated for the expansion and presented a plaque dedicating the new room in memory of Ginny Ray, a beloved Library Assistant at the Library
