A water fountain in Wilhelmina Harvey Children’s Park, Big Coppitt, was dedicated recently in the name of Victoria Rhodes. Commissioner Dixie Spehar spearheaded efforts to have the fountain installed at the request of Victoria’s Grandmother Donna Devlin. “It’s the perfect little park for children,” stated Spehar. It’s visited by parents with young children, older kids, and the park is pet friendly. All it needed was a water fountain for the visitors to cool off. |
