The Purchasing Section is a service-oriented agency for the operating departments of Monroe County government. Purchasing assists in the purchase of products and services for the many and varied needs of the county taxpayers. The Competitive bidding of bulk purchases by sealed bids, RFP's, RFQ is conducted by Purchasing to insure the best items at the best prices.
