The Website Communications Department was established in 2002 and is responsible for:
  • Managing and maintaining the official Monroe County website
  • Producing news releases, informational brochures, and other publications
  • Responding to requests for information from the news media

Department Assistance
Website Communications assists other county departments and agencies in developing and carrying out public information strategies that communicate information about county government services to the:
  • Business community
  • General public
  • Media
  • Other governmental agencies
