County Drug Free Workplace Policy
Employment applications and advertisements
New employee orientation
Paperwork pertaining to hiring and personnel actions
Public records requests
The office also keeps employee and applicant files, writes job descriptions, and maintains the pay plan.
Dedicated to providing quality services to the public and employees in the areas of policies and procedures and employment opportunities with the utmost respect and with consideration to their needs.
Human Resources is responsible for any equal opportunity issues, such as advising on legal matters on the subject, counseling employees, and ensuring that Monroe County complies with all applicable labor laws.
