NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN that on November 14, 2019, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the BOCC Chambers, The Harvey Government Center, 1200 Truman Avenue, Key West, Florida a meeting will be held for the 60% ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR THE 1ST STREET/BERTHA STREET ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The purpose of the meeting is to present the 60% engineering design plans for the project which includes roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, sidewalk and traffic control improvements for project limits of 1st Street from North Roosevelt Blvd to Flagler Avenue and Bertha Street from Flagler Avenue to South Roosevelt Blvd, Key West.
