– Monroe County is in the process of evaluating the Level of Service (LOS) methodology for potential updates and consistency with the Highway Capacity Manual. The US 1 Level of Service Task Force was formed in 1992 to develop the methodology for U.S. 1 and was last updated in 1997. Monroe County will be holding a public meeting on
